If they are new and want to schedule an appointment:
In the dropdown menu "How Can We Help You?", select "I'm interested in starting /re-starting therapy
Script: To schedule an appointment, you must first speak with a therapist. Would you like to request a phone consultation? I just need a few details to get you started.
If they are a Current Client and want to schedule/reschedule an appointment:
Collect and submit information and alert Admin Team to follow up.
If they are a Former/Inactive Client
In the dropdown menu "How Can We Help You?", select the most appropriate option.
Have they worked with us at all this year but are not actively engaging in sessions? Select “restarting therapy”. Be sure to take a detailed message before submission. If they haven’t worked with us within the past six months, recommend a phone consultation and complete the form as if they are NEW. Include who they worked with in the message details.

Once the call is complete, fill out this form thoroughly to document the details and finalize the process.
Identify in the Message Details if the caller is a Potential Client, Existing Client, Vendor, or Job Seeker/Intern.
What Happens Next?
Once you submit this form:
- The lead should get an email confirmation within the next few minutes
- The admin team will review the details, within Keap, to guide the lead to the next steps, if applicable.

At Nu Leaf, we offer individual, couples, and family therapy for trauma, anxiety, depression, and everyday personal challenges.
Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, United Behavioral Health (UBH), Medicaid, Medicare, or you can use Out-of-network benefits with your insurance.
We primarily offer virtual therapy sessions to ensure accessibility, convenience, and flexibility for our clients across Mississippi, Texas, and Florida. Our virtual format allows us to serve individuals and families wherever they are, removing barriers such as travel and scheduling conflicts.
While virtual sessions are our preferred method, we understand that some clients may benefit from in-person therapy. For this reason, we can accommodate in-person sessions on a case-by-case basis. Availability for in-person sessions is limited and depends on the therapist’s schedule and location.
Because each person has different issues and goals for counseling, it will be different depending on the individual. We tailor my therapeutic approach to your specific needs.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to estimate how long it will take. Everyone’s circumstances are unique to them and the length of time counseling can take to allow you to accomplish your goals depends on your desire for personal development, your commitment, and the factors that are driving you to seek counseling in the first place.
Our practice provides counselling services for adults and teens aged 17 and older.
Our therapists are only available for phone consultations on Thursdays and Fridays. You can request the time that works best for you.
During the 15-minute phone consultation, we’ll discuss your concerns, what you’re looking for in therapy, and how we can tailor our services to meet your needs. This initial conversation will help us determine the best path forward for your care.
After completing a free phone consultation, we’ll work with you to schedule regular therapy sessions based on your availability and the therapist’s schedule.
